Papercore Inserts
In addition to machining ferrous & non-ferrous metals on a contract basis, MTI also machines these types of products made of UHMW for the wallboard manufacturing industry on an as-needed basis. Other types of plastic materials have been machined for this project include: Delrin, Nylotron & Teflon.

Tram Wheels
These Tram Wheels are machined from a ductile iron round stock and then fitted with a Nylotron bushing, which we also machine on an as-needed basis. This is a great application for low to mid oven temperature ranges for any application a customer may have.
