Grading Rings for Power Generation Industry
We have produced Grading Rings since 1992. Grading Rings are aluminum tubing rolled to specific sizes and welded to form a ring. We also fabricate brackets which are then welded to the rings to form the final assembly. We worked with the customer on this project to change the manufacturing process resulting in a cost savings of 45% over previous designs.

Partition Powder Coating 
We have performed Powder Coating operations since 1994. Our largest Powder Coating project are van partitions, which are done on an as-needed basis. We perform the necessary preparation and finish work to insure a high quality product.

- Partitions are approximately 5' x 5'

Pre-Heat Mold Ovens 
We are the designers of these Pre-Heat Mold Ovens, which are sold the glass industry from Canada to Australia. We perform all the fabrication, wiring and assembly for this product in house. These ovens are produced in both gas & electric models.
