Corvette/Cadillac XLR Crossmember
We have been machining w/assembly the aluminum Front and Rear Crossmembers for all
production corvettes since 1998. Accuracy and on-time delivery are
paramount to this program due to the fact that these crossmembers begin
the entire chassis build.

Allison Transmission Housing for the GM Hybrid Bus platform
One of our newer and more complex projects, this lower volume
bi-metal transmission housing has over 1500 machining specs and tolerances in the +/- .0003” range on a 4” bore. In addition to machining, we also perform air and water decay leak testing, cleaning, and bore scope inspections on this part

Rotor Hubs for Allison transmission for GM hybrid bus platform
We machine two 4140 pre-heat treated forged alloy Rotor Hubs (an “A” and a “B”) that
are part of the transmission housing assembly that we machine for the GM Hybrid Bus Platform.

This is the lastest program launch performed by our company. This casting is machined from a raw condition in which product quality is imperative to meet our customer requirements.
